Good morning!

A new update coming your way as we try to streamline our process. When you pull into our parking lot, you will see a sign with a parking spot number and a phone number. Please text us who you are and your pet’s name, why you are here and your spot number. We also have labeled parking spots along the side and back of our building so don’t be afraid to head back that way. We will text you back that you are checked in if you are here for an appointment or that we will be right out with your medications or food. We also have a mobile card reader so we are able to take payment in the parking lot. We are doing our best to try to lessen your wait time!

The news coming from inside is that we are getting ready to merge our teams back into one later this month. We will still continue our curbside service as we are also going through a renovation of our building to bring you a new and improved Hyannis Animal Hospital! We will continue to monitor COVID 19 and our renovation progress before deciding when clients will be allowed back into the building.
